Pleased with this. Swings were good – really felt the thumb lock on the finger coming into play in the later stages which is something I don’t usually feel/do that much. Mostly I’m really pleased that the scores are pretty equal as I’ve put quite a bit of effort in trying to equal out both sides in terms of technique (for example, leg work in drop/backswing).

Felt good. Maybe another 20 ssings each side in me…

Should drop from overhead straight to the hip. Currently I turn my palm in towards me, so that the bell rests on my shoulder first, before settling through the hip.
A deeper dip in the latter stages wouldn’t go amiss!
Very pleased with the last set with the 32.

Box step ups were not jumps because my abs hurt too much from last time!!!
Knees started to hurt during these though 😦
Skips were better. Mix of alternating and together with the feet.d
