Pleased with the LC – it felt good!
Pullups were really very hard. Had to come of the bar every rung to complete the ladder on the way down (sets of two or singles).

Last set …

Pleased i don’t run out of gas, but I do run out of that weird LC “strength”. You can see it in the shortening of the swing

I had time for more reps in the 1min LC set, but there was a trainer and his trainee literally pushing themselves in the space 😂
Quite pleased with this, although I should have done less LC.
Cardio feels good – I wasn’t struggling at any point!
Pullups were hard though. Couldn’t have done another full set
