Abbreviations table

C = Clean

J = Jerks

P = Press

PP = Push Press

Sw = Swing

Sn = Snatch

HSn = Half Snatch

LC = LongCycle = A Clean followed by a Jerk

OA = One Arm
eg: OALC = One Arm LongCycle

RPM = Reps Per Minute

RPH = Reps Per Hand

MPH = Minutes Per Hand

SPH = Seconds Per Hand

LHS = Left Hand Side

RHS = Right Hand Side

annotation of x/x = LHS/RHS
eg 30/30 = 30reps on the left followed by 30reps on the right (no rest)
