Swings 32kg 30/30 – 30sec rest

(Last set was 20/20  – just too much! Thought I’d avoided a blister, but no. One on my right hand, below middle finger)

Tried a3min rest then wanted to do the same with 1x28kg jerks at 12rpm. Did one set but had to stop – swings head taken too much out of me!)
