Toddler Squat 5min

Wrists still a little sore from the previous Jerk session, plus I’d forgotten the wrist shields 😦 It’s why there’s no heavier OAJ or OALC set.

Gutted with the LC, had to stop for emergency toilet break. Felt quite good anyway – I was aiming for 5min just to get back into the swing of things.

Skipping/burpees done on a friends recommendation. Was good. Should aim to go back down the ladder, but I just wanted to go home.
