OALC.
Should drop from overhead straight to the hip. Currently I turn my palm in towards me, so that the bell rests on my shoulder first, before settling through the hip.
A deeper dip in the latter stages wouldn’t go amiss!
Very pleased with the last set with the 32.

Box step ups were not jumps because my abs hurt too much from last time!!!
Knees started to hurt during these though 😦
Skips were better. Mix of alternating and together with the feet.d
