Circuit.
I’ve decided I’m not going to join in these any more. For me, they just feel that my time could be better spent either hanging, squatting, lunging or doing some pullups.

Snatch was OK cardio wise, but terrible grip wise – as in I’m gripping too tight, and also gripping in my palm as opposed to fingers.
