LCP 24kg 8×8 (so 64reps per side)
Goblet Squat 24kg EMOTM 25,20,15,10,5 (last set stay in the hole for 10sec)
1min dead hang with a pullup every 10 sec
Three sets total.
Been doing some pretty hard sparring helping a friend train for an upcoming no gi comp, and the shoulders held up reasonably well!
Felt it most here on the dead hang/pullups, although nothing too strenuous. Hopefully back to the five minute sets tomorrow!
