Snatch 16kg 30/30
OAJ 24kg 8/8

Jerks 2x24kg 8reps w/5sec hold overhead
Jerks 2x24kg 27reps w/2sec hold overhead
Jerks 2x24kg 20reps

Snatch 20kg 8reps w/8sec hold overhead
Snatch 20kg 27reps
Snatch 37reps

Squat sit 5min
Pullups 15
