Pads a bit sore after yesterday, so omitted heavy cleans and did a Jerk set…

Nice set – felt comfortable. Could definitely do 10min at this pace. Weight in the hands is hard though! Focus on a quick rack, and straighter legs. Definitely improved a few mins into it.

(there’s a dead hang gym competition that ends this week, so this is an exploratory set)
