Back Lunges 28kg 50on,20off,50on
50reps

Pullup hang.
1 pullup every 10sec, but stay on the bar.
2min/13reps.

Pretty gutted with the bad guts. Didn’t go to the loo though, as I don’t want to train my body to go to the loo!
LC rest was the remainder of the 10min set. E.g; 7min on, 3min rest, 2min on, 1min rest, 1min on, done.
