Clean/snatch protocol 20kg

LC 2x28kg 5min 4rpm
LC 2x28kg 1min 4rpm
LC 2x28kg 2min 5rpm
LC 2x28kg 1min 5rpm

Goblet squat
4x25reps 30sec rest.

Pullups
10sec rest for the previous sets reps (eg: if 5reps in the last set, rest for 50sec)
1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10

Stretching

The LC was meant to be as close to 10min as I could get, and it felt good. However my guts didn’t.
The three other ones were a bit of a blow really – cut short (5min aim) – shoulder issues abound.
