Snatch/clean protocol 20kg
Cleans 2x20kg 10min15rpm 158reps
Pullups ladder (rest 10sec for each previous rep)
(Ran out of time here but very doubtful if I could complete the 11th rung)
Cleans were tough. Went through several different phases/types of clean, but couldn’t maintain focus on the one that I prefered. Ended up with several small blisters after this one. Mostly one the ride in the middle of the palm, so I must’ve been tired!
