OALC was OK – felt tougher on my RHS. Grip on RHS was a little funky (felt like more chance of a blister).
The LC sets were just ‘a bit of fun’, although I was looking at a quick rack, and trying to adjust the depth of the dips whilst under pressure.
Stayed away from the heavier weights becuse my elbow is still dodgy.
