First ‘proper’ session back. My back felt OK throughout, although I was very sore after! Stayed away from the heavier weights…
Swings 24kg 30/30
Swings 28kg 30/30
Jerk 24kg 4min 2mph 6rpm
OALC 28kg 4min 1mph 6rpm
OALC 24kg 20min 2mph 8rpm
Goblet Squat 24kg 3min 10squats per 30sec, rest in hold – 60squats total.
Dead Hang 30sec.
2mph was surprisingly hard towards the end. I liked it!
