Back was OK for lighter weights so did…
Swings 20kg 30/30
20kg Swing 5, Clean 5, Jerk 5 switch do same, switch into
20kg Jerk 5, Clean 5 Swing 5 Switch do same.
Swing workout 20kg (2min 1mph, 30sec rest x3)3min restx3
