Jerks – went for 28kg. Couldn’t face the 32 after yesterday… Focused on turning the wrists out when in rack, just before the jerk.

LC 2×24. Felt good, although I struggle with concentrating on more than one thing at a time. Either focus on hip movement, first dip, relaxing arms, pushing hips back but not on all of them. Yet!
Last set was hard. Previous sets I think I could have done 10rpm
