(on the very last set of swings, I had to stop at 10/10 (instead of 30/30) cos I thought a blister may appear…)

TGU were good – haven’t done them for a very long time! Felt really good to do 30/30 Swings with the 32kg. Wasn’t that long ago I struggled to do 10/10…
