Very pleased with the 32kg Jerks – new PB!
2x24kg LC fail – I think just exhausted from the jerks earlier!
Half Snatch was an eye-opener! Left shoulder a lot less stable than I though. Right hand was much better.
Push Press. Tough but I think it’s cos I did the 20reps all on one side before switching.
Looking forward (!) to some more Pentathlon style training.
