Felt good. 32kg swings are heavy!
32kg medley was good. May try to do this a bit more. Maybe go by reps and try to work up to 2min per hand?
2x24kg LC. Felt OK. Was hard on the heart rate. Might be able to to 7rpm, but I think concentration on form would suffer. I’m doing these 1min on/off sets as a was to get volume in.
Felt maybe my hips in the second dip were not pushed out as far at they could be, but there were some really good feeling reps in there too.
