28kg LC 30sec to do rep, remainder in static hold overhead.
I think that was it for warmup.
24kg LC 45min 8rpm
Felt good. Shoulder issues throughout, so I really need to focus on the warmup.
Got a blister (left hand, under 3rd digit) at 39min in. Switched to 1rpm on the left, and 4rpm (for some unknown reason) on the right.
