5 with toes pointing in (not a fan)
5 Sumo
5 Split stance (back would not allow this so did 5 normal

24kg Goblet Squats
as above but with focus on breathing

2x20kg Renegade Row 8/8
4sets continuous

12min AMRAP (really hard to do AMRAP for 12min)
16kg Goblet Squat with biceps curl at the bottom
20kg 30 Deadlifts with jump (this was bad for me, so I did 2x20kg deadlift, lifting heels off the floor – focus on explosive)
