LC felt really good. Kept a very slight bend in the elbow which helped my shoulder. Also kept my head straight which help a lot.
Gassed out though 😦

Stretching

Workout
Every min on the min for 10min
2x32kg — 5 Deadlifts

Every min on the min for 10min
2x20kg — 3reps LongCycle

Set timer for 10min
2x20kg — max reps Cleans  (between 18 and 20 reps)

Set timer for 10min – (I think here we did maybe 8min)
32kg Clean and Press – one rep each hand
