10 bodyweight squats inbetween bells.

12kg overhead hold and slow negative x3 each arm
12kg Jerks x3 each arm

3min stretching

Workout
Secret Squirrel workout.
Did  A on 16kg
Did B on 20kg

Was food poisoned at work earlier – threw up in the gutter.
